This mala features 108 natural crystal beads including Amazonite and Picture Jasper. Amazonite is a stunning bluish green stone that can also be brown in colour. It really helps to calm stress, nervousness and anxiety. It can also sooth and calm your overthinking mind and help you to release worry so you can think more clearly. Helps you to heal emotional trauma and fear. Balances the feminine and masculine energy. Good for enhancing creativity. Picture Jasper is also great for creativity so the two crystals work harmoniously together to fuel inspiration. Picture Jasper strengthens your connection to Earth helping you ground and feel secure. It also helps you see the bigger picture in a situation and the patterns and swirls in the stone are said to carry wisdom and messages from the ancients.

The mala has 108 stones which represent the distances between the Sun, Moon, and Earth since the average distance of the Sun and the Moon to Earth is 108 times their individual size. In Yoga there are 108 sacred sites, throughout India, 108 Upanishads which are texts and 108 marma points, which are sacred areas on the body. So this number is very important to Yoga and malas. The Guru Bead is the largest bead on the mala and this one features the Aum symbol which is the sound of the Universe. Aum is often recited in chanting of mantras and in the closing of prayers to connect with the universe and all that is.
